AspireVisionEdge offers online and in-person personal growth courses, coaching programs, and self-improvement workshops designed to enhance confidence, productivity, and emotional intelligence.
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or older or to organizations represented by authorized individuals. By enrolling, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Some courses may require account creation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities conducted under your account.
Access to course materials is granted only after full payment is received. All access rights are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.
All course fees are displayed prior to checkout. By completing payment, you agree to the listed pricing, terms, and conditions. Payment must be made in full before course access begins.
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
The service or course was not delivered as described.
A confirmed technical issue on our side prevented access.
The participant cancels within 48 hours of purchase and has not accessed the content.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@aspirevisionedge.com within 10 business days of the transaction.
Refunds are not available for services that have been accessed, partially completed, or fully delivered. Personalized coaching sessions are non-refundable once initiated.
AspireVisionEdge reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or feature without notice, ensuring the continued relevance and quality of our programs.
Certificates of completion are granted only to participants who meet the course’s required standards. Failure to complete necessary assignments may result in no certification being issued.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and peers. Any inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
All website content, course materials, videos, and documentation belong to AspireVisionEdge and are protected under copyright law. Reproduction, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.
AspireVisionEdge shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or participation in our programs.
All personal information collected is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with Canadian privacy regulations. Data is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.
Clients may cancel a registration prior to the start of a course for a full refund. After a course has started, cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in partial refunds only.
AspireVisionEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access if terms are violated or materials are misused. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
